Our offering to Client Name is an Independent REO Condition Report (IRCR) providing a comprehensive on-site visual inspection of the subject property. The primary objective of the report is to provide current, relevant and independent verification about the property.

Each report provides details on critical property items for Client Name to be aware of and that might require immediate attention. It also serves as an independent verification on which properties are being well maintained by your current service provider(s). The verification includes:

• Verification of over 80 specific key property condition items
• Complete set of photographs
• Property Score: Easy identification of properties that are either in or out of compliance expectations.

Exterior Condition Report:

• Property secure and free of trespass.
• For Sale Signage
• City/County Notices present
• Exterior property cleared of debris
• Lawn maintained
• Pool/Spa present and secure
• Hazardous materials present

Full Condition Report, Full Exterior, plus:

• Interior debris cleared
• Property cleanliness
• Marketing/Financing materials are present

Week-end Condition, Full Condition Report, plus:

• Open house held and signage verification
• Property in "ready to show" condition
